At Canoe Place Landing we’re serious about energy efficiency. These 12 stylish townhomes are built green, adhering to ENERGY STAR® standards, as well as to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Building Standard. These improvements reduce your heating and cooling costs by up to 30%, increase natural resource efficiency and decrease the overall carbon footprint and of each home. Our goal is to set an example for responsible development.

In an effort to push this concept even further, we now offer our Ultra-Green Package as an upgrade. Several of our model units have been equipped with this package which includes a super-insulated building envelope in conjunction with extreme high-efficiency 16 SEER heating and cooling systems. Couple these with Heat/Energy Recovery Ventilation components and saving can increase to as much as 50% while improving health and indoor air quality at the same time. On-demand tank-less water heaters and dual-flush water saving toilets also cut costs. Products and upgrades are available that feature recycled materials throughout the home.
